What can I expect during a session?
Your Human Design reading will begin with a general overview of the way your Aura is designed to energetically interact with the world, and you’ll come away with a better understanding of how to embody that energy. We’ll go over your strongest energetic gifts, your purpose, the conditioned and unconditioned centers in your bodygraph, and how to use your body to make the best decisions. This can help you recognize how to distinguish intuition from anxiety, how to let go of behaviors and thought patterns that are holding you back, and embrace the person that you ARE.
After you schedule your appointment, you'll receive an email with a link to your meeting. Simply click the link to join the meeting when it's time to begin! (If you've never run Zoom on your device, you may need to download it, so double check that it's ready to go prior to your appointment.)
After your reading, you’ll receive a video recording that you can download and refer back to when needed. (Please note that recordings aren’t guaranteed, so feel free to make your own back-up just in case!)
Do I need to prepare for my reading?
Just bring yourself! Questions are great too! Usually questions are answered organically within readings, but please feel free to bring up any questions or areas in which you’d like to gain some clarity, I love a good dialogue. After you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive an email with a link to the online meeting. Simply click the link when it’s time for your appointment! (If you’ve never run Zoom before, please make sure it’s downloaded and ready to go on your device.)

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Appointments can't be cancelled, but they can be rescheduled. (Requests usually need to be made at least 1 week in advance.) If you don't see a time that works with your schedule, please get in touch and we'll try to make it work!
Methods & Materials
It is our goal to have the most sustainable, environmentally responsible studio possible, and we’re always looking out for better methods and materials. Here are a few green practices currently in place:
All precious metals are recycled
Cast metals are sustainably sourced
Metal scraps are saved, sorted, and recycled
We use rags instead of disposable paper towels whenever possible
Packaging is minimal, compact, and printed on recycled and found materials
We reuse packaging from supply shipments
Jewelry is shipped in hand-stamped cotton bags, which we encourage you to reuse. (We like to use them for jewelry storage, travel pouches, and herbal drawer sachets.)
All metals are sourced from reputable companies in the USA and are lead and nickel-free. Cast pieces are molded from the original handmade design by a US-based casting company, and all pieces are hand-fabricated and finished here in the Montana studio.
As most pieces are handmade to order, please allow 1-3 weeks of fabrication time before your order ships. Your unique handmade piece will be worth the wait!
Please let us know if you have a deadline and we will do our best to expedite your order, or you can shop the Ready to Ship section.
All items in an order are shipped together, so if an order contains ready-to-ship pieces and made-to-order pieces, it will ship when all items are completed. If you want your Ready to Ship piece to ship sooner, please place that order separately.
Express orders will receive priority in the production queue, but may still take up to 3 weeks for fabrication. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Please note that USPS only guarantees shipping times for Express shipments, and we cannot be held responsible for delays once packages leave our hands. Tracking may be unavailable for some international shipments.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may arise. On customs forms, we cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue the contents.
All jewelry ships in a hand-stamped muslin keepsake bag. We encourage you to reuse and recycle your bags! The uses are endless, including jewelry storage, travel bags, or herb-filled drawer sachets.
Over time, your jewelry will develop a patina, especially when exposed to heat and humidity. Brass, bronze, and even sterling silver all have the potential to discolor skin because the alloys contain copper, but the discoloration is completely harmless and temporary. It usually occurs in hot and humid environments, but it really depends on your individual body chemistry. Sterling usually doesn't cause a reaction because of the lower copper content (just enough to give it some strength). If you find that your skin reacts, putting a layer of clear nail polish on the jewelry where it touches the skin can help! You can prevent tarnish by storing it in a plastic bag to keep oxygen exposure to a minimum, and wearing it also "polishes" away tarnish throughout the day.
To restore the finish, try gently rubbing the metal with—
Ketchup or tomato paste on a cloth
A paste of lemon and baking soda (careful here with gemstones!)
The open half of a sliced, salted lemon
A jewelry polishing cloth
Avoid using abrasives on gemstones to prevent scratches.
Tips to prevent tarnish—
Heat and humidity accelerate oxidization, so avoid leaving jewelry in the bathroom.
Limit contact between jewelry and cosmetics/lotions.
Store jewelry in a ziplock bag.
Wear it all the time!
Repair fees vary, please contact us at email@example.com for a quote. If an item is damaged due to normal wear and tear, we will repair it free of charge within a year of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to exchange your jewelry for another piece or receive store credit. (We don't do cash returns.) Returns/exchanges are accepted when they’re shipped back within 14 days of arrival, and items must be unworn and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges, and we highly recommend adding delivery confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please pack your jewelry in a small box for protection. We're unable to cancel orders once production has started. Sales of custom pieces, sterling silver pieces, & discounted pieces are final.
